AKT Customer Sales Agreement

I have authorized American Kart Threads (AKT) to use my name, image and likeness in the form of the agreed upon merchandise design(s) (refer to design agreement) for use on merchandise to be sold on their website and social platforms.

I understand that AKT has the sole right to distribute and sell merchandise with the agreed upon merchandise design(s). Any effort on behalf of myself or anyone else to sell or distribute goods decorated with these design(s) will be a violation of our partnership, and the partnership may be terminated

I have authorized AKT to set and change pricing on my items to match market conditions

-AKT will notify me at least 1 week in advance if pricing needs to change to maintain an adequate profit margin for both parties.

I understand that AKT will submit payment of my share of the gross profit within a week of March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st of each applicable year via- an agreed-upon payment method.

I understand that it is my responsibility to report any earnings I make on AKT merchandise sales to any applicable government tax authorities. 

I understand that AKT reserves the right to terminate our partnership at any time, under any circumstances. 

-If the partnership is terminated without me violating the sales or design agreements, AKT will forfeit any design resources and current gross profit balance to me. AKT will also cease the sales of any goods on my behalf.

-If the partnership is terminated due to my violation of sales or design agreements, AKT may withhold all pending gross profits from sales. AKT also reserves the right to withhold any design resources from me.

The following information will be confirmed via email acknowledgement at a later date: Profit Share Percentages, Payout Method, Acknowledgement Expiration Date and any special conditions or exclusions to the above terms/conditions.
