I only received a portion of my order, what gives?
Because of our print-on-demand model, sometimes orders will be sent in multiple shipments (decals in one shipment, tee shirts in another, for example). If you received only a portion of your order, check your emails from us to see if you got multiple tracking numbers. If you didn't, the rest of your items may not have shipped yet. If it's been close to 3 weeks and you still haven't received some or all of your products, shoot us an email and we'll take care of you!
It's been almost 2 weeks, why hasn't my order arrived?
When you place an order with AKT, our site sends your order information to a print-on-demand manufacturing partner, who actually prints your items and ships them to you. Turnaround time on order fulfillment can vary based on the volume our POD partner is experiencing at the time. Generally, a 1-3 week window is normal for our products to reach you. Any longer than that, feel free to contact us and we'll check up on the order for you!
Do you offer rush or priority shipping?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand model, we don't have much control over how quickly your order gets made, so it wouldn't make sense to offer expedited shipping. If you need your items by a certain date, try to order them as soon as possible!
